What is DiSC®
Train the Trainer?
This two-day process
empowers your in-house trainers to learn the DiSC model,
administer the DiSC learning tools, and then utilize the model
and tools to meet their personal and organizational objectives.
What Can I Do Once I Am
Trained?
Upon successful
completion of Train-the-Trainer, you may teach the DiSC model in
your organization or use it in other applications outside of
your organization. You will need to purchase the appropriate
self-assessment tool(s) for each of your participants. You may
also develop training programs around the DiSC model, or
purchase off-the-shelf programs that incorporate the model.
